Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are accepted only if:
- The wrong product was shipped, or
- The product arrived damaged or defective
Reporting an Issue
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after evaluation.
Non‑Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
